What is Nursing Time Careers Live?

Nursing Times Careers Live is a one day free to attend nursing job fair and educational career conference.

The job fair will allow you to network with colleagues and meet potential employers from a range of NHS and independent care settings.

Interactive presentations and panel sessions will take place throughout the day at the conference, join the sessions to gain insight into different nursing specialisations/careers and have your questions answered by our expert panellists.

Plus, you may have the opportunity to be interviewed on the day so could walk away with your next role!

Key themes and topics: 

• Celebrating the contribution of nurses to the National Health Service since 1948.  This year is the 75th anniversary of the NHS, during this time millions of dedicated nurses have looked after their patients and helped transform the NHS. This session will celebrate the immense contribution of nurses to the NHS.
  
• Nurses placements and preceptorship.  This session is an opportunity for student nurses to learn from our Nursing Times Student Awards winners. Explore placements, preceptorships, and the transition to registered nurse employment.
  
• Careers spotlight. Discover some of the various career opportunities within nursing in different settings and specialisations. Our panellists will share their career experiences in different fields of nursing, allowing you to explore these professions and the path that takes you there.
